Corporation of U.S.A purchased the company's stock from Asano
Gear Company and Mitsui Company Ltd. The company was reorganized
and renamed as ROC-Spicer Ltd. |

agreement with GKN of the United Kingdom, NTN of Japan and DANA
of U.S.A. to establish a joint venture company, TAIWAY Ltd.
In Taiwan, to produce constant velocity joint (CVJ) type drive
shafts for front wheel driven vehicles. |

Industrial Ltd. was established with joint venture by NDK, NTN
of ROC-Keeper Industrial Ltd. was established with joint venture
